Over the past few days, my family and I went to the Berkshires for a relaxing vacation.
I was going to save these for SkyWatch Friday, but oh well, hopefully tomorrow’s sky will be nice too.
*random fact: Giant plant-eating dinosaurs would ingest large stones called gastroliths to help digest food.*

Gorgeous photos, Jupiter! Really nice job. You know, you can still link to SkyWatch Friday if you’d like…they would love to see your beautiful skies.
Happy holidays to you, too!
Thanks Holly!
And do you have to comment on SkyWatch or something or can you just make a link to it.
P.S. what are you guys doing for Christmas?
They ask that you comment at least on the featured skywatch photo, which appears on their site at 2:30 pm every Thursday (the link to comment is in the bottom left-hand corner), but you don’t have to. Just grab one of their badges or use text as your link, then go to the skywatch page and put in your username and a link to your skywatch post. Many skywatchers return comments if you comment on their photos. Here’s the skywatch link:

For Christmas we’re having meatloaf and fixins’ for dinner and taking Lucy for a long walk…basically, just relaxing, which I happen to be very good at!
Have a good holiday!
Nice, but not as pretty as the Shire of Middle-earth (so I’m told)!
Yeah, the Shire can’t be beat!
Great photos Jupiter! But how do you know all of these random facts?
Merry Christmas Eve!
WOW! Beautiful shots! Looks like a great place to visit. Have a wonderful holiday!
Nice pictures! Looks like a nice place to hang. Happy Holidays!!!
Thank you all for commenting and happy holidays!
